About the Role
Prime Quadrant seeks an Analyst/Senior Analyst to join its co-investment program, evaluating direct co-investment opportunities across private equity, venture, real estate, infrastructure, and credit.

Responsibilities
- Screen inbound co investment opportunities across asset classes; assess strategic fit, risk/return profile, and alignment with portfolio construction goals
- Build and stress test LBO, growth, and cash flow models; sensitize key assumptions and evaluate downside scenarios
- Review GP materials (CIMs, data rooms, management presentations); conduct independent research on markets, competitors, and comparable transactions
- Draft clear, well reasoned investment committee memos summarizing thesis, risks, financial analysis, and recommendation
- Liaise with GP deal teams to request information, clarify diligence items, and track deal timelines
- Support deal execution and legal structuring workstreams, coordinating with legal counsel and internal stakeholders through closing
- Gain exposure to investor relationships, including participation in investor updates and related communications
- Track performance of existing co investments; prepare quarterly valuation updates and portfolio reporting
- Monitor deal flow trends, sector dynamics, and comparable transaction data to inform investment decisions
- Help maintain and improve internal deal tracking systems, diligence checklists, and pipeline reporting
Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, credit/leveraged finance, transaction advisory, or related field
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong financial modeling skills (LBO, DCF, comparable company/transaction analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear written analysis
- Comfort working across multiple asset classes and deal structures (generalist mindset)
- Ability to manage multiple live deals simultaneously
- Strong communication skills; comfortable interfacing with GPs and senior internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Thrives in a fast paced environment and comfortable taking on high level of responsibility early
- Global mindset, with interest in cross border markets and deal structures
- Curious and eager to learn, with flexibility to pivot as deal priorities shift

- Partners alongside GPs across private equity, venture, real estate, infrastructure, and credit to source, evaluate, and execute direct co investment opportunities.
- Generalist, multi asset seat with broad exposure to deal structures and industries.
