As a detail-oriented SAP DMS Analyst to support and optimize document management processes within the Oil & Gas domain. Should have experience in SAP Document Management System (DMS), document lifecycle management, records management, and integration with core SAP modules.

The role involves managing engineering, operational, maintenance, and compliance-related documents, supporting end users, resolving system issues, and ensuring efficient document governance and accessibility across business functions.

Provide functional support and administration for SAP Document Management System (DMS).

Configure and maintain SAP DMS functionalities, including: Document Info Records (DIR), Document Classes, Document Types, Version Management, Status Management, Classification and Metadata Management, Document Distribution and Archiving

Support the creation, storage, retrieval, revision control, and archiving of business and technical documents.

Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.

Ensure compliance with document governance, retention, and regulatory requirements.

Support management of engineering drawings, maintenance manuals, technical specifications, contracts, and operational documents.
