Job Summary
Supports the airline’s Sales and Distribution Strategy through data-driven insights for corporate sales, agency partnerships, and distribution strategy.
Develops self-serve reporting tools and collaborates with Revenue Management, Finance, Network Planning, enterprise data, and business intelligence teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research with corporate and agency sales teams on travel trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
- Support sales incentive strategies and distribution cost optimization business cases.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, pricing, and incentive effectiveness to identify revenue growth and profitability opportunities.
- Support sales targets and market or channel segmentation plans.
- Develop and track sales incentive strategies for markets and B2B channels.
- Create dashboards and reporting tools using Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Extract insights from DDS, PRISM, and internal data sources.
- Forecast future sales using historical data and economic indicators.
- Evaluate campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies and recommend improvements.
- Assist with pricing, revenue, and commission model development and what-if analysis.
- Collaborate across Sales, Revenue Management, Business Intelligence, Finance, enterprise data, and Network Planning.
- Participate in the company Safety Management System and promote the safety policy.
