Role Overview
The Analyst joins Salesforce's Quota and Capacity Planning team.
The role supports regional Sales and Strategy teams during the annual quota planning cycle and throughout the year as the organization changes.
The position requires a deep understanding of the supported business area and strong relationships with Sales Leaders, Strategy, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own concurrent data reporting projects and models for regional strategy teams.
- Advise regional teams on how go-to-market decisions affect sales team quotas during annual planning.
- Help identify opportunities to optimize and improve existing processes and models.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years of work experience, ideally in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or Finance.
- Bachelor of Science degree in a quantitative discipline such as Business, Statistics, Math, Finance, or Engineering.
- Power-user proficiency in Excel and ability to tell a story in PowerPoint.
- Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
