Fidelity International is hiring an Analyst Programmer in its Asset Management Platform Production Services department.
The team provides technology application support for investment-management divisions and users across international locations.
The position is permanent and located in Gurgaon.
Role responsibilities
- Provide second-line support for critical trading applications and their upstream and downstream integrations.
- Troubleshoot incidents, determine root causes, resolve or escalate issues, and drive resolution within service-level agreements.
- Implement production changes, application releases, infrastructure changes, preventive maintenance, and disaster-recovery transitions.
- Monitor critical batches, perform readiness and health checks, and complete routine operational maintenance.
- Communicate with business and technology stakeholders and complete shift handovers across global teams.
- Identify and implement improvements through automation or process changes.
- Manage support transitions and contribute to enhancements for existing products.
- Prepare documentation, share knowledge, train colleagues, and report task status.
