About the Opportunity
Permanent Analyst Programmer role in the Asset Management Platform - Production Services department.
The role provides second-line application support for trading platforms used by investment management business users.
The position is based in Gurgaon and supports teams and users across international locations.
Purpose and Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot production incidents, determine root causes, resolve or escalate issues within SLAs, and drive escalated resolution.
- Manage production problems and changes, application releases, infrastructure changes, preventive maintenance, and disaster recovery role swaps.
- Monitor critical batches, perform morning readiness checks, produce health-check reports, and complete routine maintenance.
- Communicate with business and technology stakeholders and hand over shifts to support teams in other locations.
- Identify and implement continual improvements through automation or process changes.
- Support critical trading applications and integrations, transition new applications, contribute to enhancements, and report task status.
- Maintain support process and company policy compliance, provide documentation and training, and perform DR transitions.
- Work global shift rotations, on-call coverage, and weekend activity during major releases or business continuity events.
