Position Title: Process Excellence

Location: Bengaluru

This role involves leading the development and implementation of comprehensive process improvement strategies that integrate standardization principles and emphasize efficiency aligned to the MUFG strategic objectives. This role is responsible for strengthening the Process Excellence (PEX) culture and governance framework across the organization through capability building, training, and structured program execution. The individual will play a critical role in enabling employees to adopt Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies by conducting engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, embedding process thinking, and driving a continuous improvement mindset aligned with MUFG/MGS strategic objectives. We are looking for a seasoned professional who can effectively partner with stakeholders across levels—from analysts to directors and senior leadership groups—to build process excellence capabilities. The role will focus on coaching teams in process mapping (SIPOC, L1 to L3 level), identifying pain points and opportunities, validating improvement ideas, and ensuring seamless handoff of transformation initiatives to delivery teams such as business analysts and development teams.
