Here you'll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Technology or equivalent relevant work experience
2+ years of HRIS related experience
Intermediate to advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Ability to commute on a weekly basis (typically one day per week, but sometimes more frequently) to either New York, NY or Universal City, CA office
Experience with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and/or SAP SuccessFactors talent modules
Strong interpersonal skills and team skills, ability to communicate well with individuals, and in group settings, ability to communicate with diverse population and people from various backgrounds in a consultative manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations to diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to prepare complex reports and analytics for senior leaders and auditors
Exceptional analytical, critical evaluation, and problem-solving skills
Sound decision-making skills and the ability to exercise professional judgment
