Support the strategic and operational functions of RBC’s Global Physical Security Operations Center.
Help protect global assets, employees, and operations through real-time monitoring, threat assessment, alerting, and coordinated response.
The centralized center strengthens detection, assessment, and response to real-time and emerging threats.
What You Will Do
- Support 24/7 operations of the Global Physical Security Operations Centre.
- Apply standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Design workflows for processing intelligence and escalating incidents.
- Integrate advanced security technologies and case management systems into physical security operations.
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for effective resolution.
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 2 years of security operations experience, including at least 2 years in a GSOC, PSOC, or similar physical security environment.
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms and situation alerting tools.
- Strong knowledge of physical security, incident management, and risk assessments.
