Global Delivery delivers products supporting client marketing campaigns, account risk management, and depersonalized analytical data requests.
The role delivers transactional, batch, and self-service solutions within service level agreements.
The position transforms data and assembles solutions for internal and external customers.
The role is hybrid, with responsibilities performed virtually and in person at an assigned office at least two days per week.
Responsibilities
- Create, design, execute, and deliver test plans.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accurate results and reports.
- Fulfill and deliver customer files using batch coordinator requirements.
- Configure scripts and audit final results.
- Work with offline production and global batch teams.
- Partner with client engagement teams to review requirements technically.
- Contribute to modernization initiatives.
