About the Role

Requirements
- Relevant full time experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance with a leading firm
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, and/or Engineering or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies
- Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

About The Role
- Provide overall support in the origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions.
- Involved in all stages of transaction execution, from origination to closing.
- Opportunities to work on diverse international mandates with significant client exposure.
What You will Do
- Support origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions.
- Assist in constructing detailed financial models and performing valuation analyses using Excel.
- Develop and prepare documents for client meetings covering strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance.
- Conduct thorough research to gather project specific information and synthesize complex data.
Basic Qualifications
- Relevant full time experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance with a leading firm.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, and/or Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic will be positively valued.
