Requirements
- Relevant full time experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance with a leading firm
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, and/or Engineering, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies
- Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

What You Will Do
- Support the origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions, participating in all phases from origination to closing
- Assist in constructing detailed financial models and performing valuation analyses using Excel and other modeling tools
- Develop and prepare documents for client meetings covering strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance
- Conduct thorough research to gather project specific information and synthesize complex data into actionable insights

Basic Qualifications
- Relevant full time experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance with a leading firm
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, and/or Engineering, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies
- Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic will be positively valued
