Flights Marketing Team

The Flights Marketing Team develops measurable online marketing programs intended to improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers.

The Performance Marketing - Flight Team supports the growth of Agoda’s flights business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Analyze experiment data, build dashboards, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Experiment with pricing frameworks across channels to grow the flights business.
  • Scale performance marketing channels such as metasearch and advertising.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders on investment plans for markets and channels.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative subject such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or science.
  • Fluent and succinct English communication skills.
  • Good numerical reasoning, strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel and SQL, and intellectual curiosity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to one or more data analysis packages or databases such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL, or Tableau.
  • Experience in digital marketing or the travel sector, specifically flights.
