Application development and automation
- Build and deploy canvas and model-driven Power Apps and Dataverse solutions.
- Automate approvals, routing, notifications, SLA triggers, reminders, and escalation paths with Power Automate.
- Manage requirements, design, build, UAT, production release, hypercare, and post-go-live enhancements.
- Integrate applications with Power BI and implement role-based access, audit, retention, and single sign-on controls.
Analytics and data engineering
- Create Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, DAX queries, charts, and technical documentation.
- Define KPIs, analyze data, and produce insights that support business decisions.
- Build and troubleshoot pipelines across Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, and Function Apps.
- Support Microsoft Fabric migration, Power BI optimization, data governance, KPI standardization, and data lineage.
AI and machine learning
- Apply generative AI to accelerate dashboard, application, custom visual, and code development.
- Use AI and machine learning for forecasting, anomaly detection, driver-based analysis, and natural-language insight generation.
- Validate AI outputs and follow data classification, privacy, security, and information governance policies.
Delivery and collaboration
- Work with Group functions, operating companies, business owners, vendors, and Microsoft stakeholders.
- Gather requirements, conduct UAT, secure sign-off, provide training and demos, and support deployed solutions.
- Document solutions, pipelines, and monitoring procedures and report project progress and blockers.
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Power Platform development experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or information systems technology.
- Hands-on production experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience in data preparation, data warehousing, Power BI, software development lifecycle, and SQL Server.
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, AI, and machine learning applied to analytics.
Must-have skills
- Advanced application development with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Advanced data analytics, programming concepts, and project or program management.
- Intermediate process automation, data engineering and pipeline management, AI and machine learning, financial analysis, and business acumen.
- Basic data governance, security, privacy, networking, influencing, ownership, and customer value.
