Position Information
Analyst, Employee Service Centre position in Human Resources and Corporate Services.
The role is regular full-time, with a 35-hour work week.
The hiring range is CAD 81,977 to CAD 92,224 per annum.
Work Mode and Location
- The work mode is hybrid, with a minimum of two days per week on-site and additional in-person presence as operational needs evolve.
- The listed work location is 7120 Hurontario Street, Mississauga, Ontario.
- Off-site work must be performed within Ontario.
Role Overview
Support administration, reporting, and analysis of pension and benefits programs using HCM systems, workforce analytics, OMERS processes, and data governance.
Transform complex employee data into insights that support decision-making, operational excellence, and employee experience.
Work with HR teams, people leaders, and business stakeholders on reporting, process improvement, and workforce insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for pension, benefits, and workforce decisions, and analyze data for trends and actionable insights.
