Role Summary
The Data Operations Analyst supports Global Operations and Data Management and provides operational services for internal and external clients.
The role manages fund, product, index, account, performance, and constituent-level holdings data and delivers accurate, timely reports.
Work Schedule
- The role supports the US shift from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST in India.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years of previous experience in the financial services industry is required.
- Candidates should be able to analyze information, solve complex problems, identify process gaps, and work effectively in ambiguous conditions.
- Experience with data management, data analysis, databases, database structures, flat file formats, and ETLs is required.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data and advanced Excel proficiency are required.
- Knowledge of VBA or Python is a plus but not required.
- Experience with MARKIT EDM, Bloomberg, RIMES, Morningstar, or other data providers is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations among data providers, data systems, and internal and external stakeholders.
