The Client and Stakeholder Enablement team works with City divisions, agencies, and corporations to address long-term real estate needs and improve service delivery.
Opportunity
The Analyst is a full-time salaried position reporting to the Vice President, Client and Stakeholder Enablement.
The role provides real estate development analysis for project identification, development, valuation, asset disposition, and strategic planning.
Principal Functional Responsibilities
- Assist with business cases for real estate development and other opportunities on City-owned lands.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations and written staff reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Organize and track client-needs intake and coordinate data and information internally and externally.
- Track project files, milestones, and client or stakeholder engagement.
- Implement improvements to current systems, processes, and tools.
- Track CreateTO Board, City Committee, and Council meetings.
- Assist with meetings and requests from City agencies, elected officials, nonprofits, governments, and private-sector partners.
