Help us create a better future, quicker

We're looking for a Quality Analyst to lead and develop the document control function across SP Energy Networks Projects. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving how project information is managed, supporting the transition to Building Information Modelling (BIM) practices and helping implement Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) across the business.

You'll work at the heart of major infrastructure projects, ensuring critical project information is accurate, secure and accessible throughout the project lifecycle. By driving improvements in document management and supporting the delivery of network investment programmes, you'll contribute directly to the efficient delivery of projects that support the transition to Net Zero.

What you'll be doing

You'll provide functional leadership for document control activities across SP Energy Networks Projects, ensuring consistent, high-quality document management practices and supporting teams throughout the transition from ProjectWise to Autodesk Construction Cloud. You'll become the subject matter expert for document management systems, working closely with Quality, BIM, IT and project stakeholders to improve processes, enhance user experience and ensure compliance with company standards.

You'll lead and support document control teams, coordinate audits, monitor performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. You'll also drive the close-out of historical projects, support the management of as-built documentation and develop meaningful reporting that provides insight into project and document control performance across the business.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone with experience in document management within a project-based environment and a strong understanding of BIM principles, particularly ISO 19650 and Autodesk Construction Cloud. You'll bring experience leading or supporting teams and be confident influencing stakeholders across a range of disciplines.

You'll also have:

Experience working with document management systems and associated governance processes.

Knowledge of project delivery environments and contract models.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and people leadership skills.

Experience supporting process improvement, audits and performance monitoring.

The ability to analyse information, identify trends and develop practical solutions to complex challenges.

Experience planning and coordinating change, ideally including system implementation or migration activities.

What's in it for you

As well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits. With our pension scheme, we'll double match your contribution up to a company contribution of 10%.

At ScottishPower, we believe it's the little things we do in life that make a big difference. From helping you look after your family's wellbeing, save for your future and take personal steps for climate action, our benefits are designed to help you do just that, so that you have everything you need to take care of your world, today and tomorrow.
