Role overview
Lightspeed is hiring an Analyst, Business Transformation for its Financial Services Business Transformation team in North America.
The role analyzes, documents, and optimizes Finance and Financial Services processes.
The position supports policy, process, and tooling changes that improve revenue and operational efficiency.
What you will do
- Review policies, workflows, tools, and processes to identify inefficiencies and friction points.
- Create standardized documentation, processes, and procedures across teams.
- Recommend scalable solutions and support implementation with stakeholders.
- Track metrics in business intelligence tools before and after process changes.
- Identify data-driven insights and additional improvement opportunities.
- Support change management, enablement documentation, and training sessions.
- Contribute to wider team objectives and surface Financial Services improvements to leadership.
What you need to bring
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams or departments is required.
- Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements is required.
