Role Overview
The Business Transformation team supports Capital Markets by executing business-driven transformation with Front Office and functional team partners.
This role supports regulatory and strategic projects and assists senior team members with project execution.
The position provides exposure to business transformation initiatives and foundational project skills.
Responsibilities
- Support relationship development across business, functional teams, and RBC segments.
- Help develop project schedules, deliverables, and milestones with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project artifacts, meeting minutes, reports, and status updates.
- Prepare presentations communicating project progress to stakeholders and management.
- Conduct data entry, analysis, and verification for project execution.
- Schedule meetings, track action items, and maintain project documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate university degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- One to two years of relevant experience or internship/co-op experience in business, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
