Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and collaborating across multiple business units
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience evaluating risks and opportunities
Proven ability to develop process maps, technical requirements documents, and other business analysis artifacts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
Knowledge of business process redesign, operational improvement, and change initiatives
Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or similar business analysis certification is considered an asset
Analytical – Able to gather, interpret, and translate complex business needs and shift from gathering business requirements to translating business requirements into technical function and non-functional requirements.
Collaborative – Skilled at building strong relationships and facilitating engagement across business and technology teams.

What You’ll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of $75,700 to $ 93,450 per annum . The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
