About the Role
Allied Properties REIT seeks a Business Analyst to support and optimize its Yardi application environment. The role involves day-to-day support, system administration, configuration, testing, reporting, and user access management for Yardi Voyager and related modules.

Responsibilities
- Provide day to day support for Yardi Voyager and related modules across Finance, Property Accounting, Operations, Property Management, and Leasing
- Troubleshoot application, configuration, data, reporting, and access issues; escalate complex matters as needed
- Support user access, roles, permissions, workflows, properties, reports, and production configuration
- Assist with testing, UAT, releases, upgrades, and production changes
- Support reporting, integrations, ETL processes, data validation, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, Technology teams, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and drive improvements
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and support materials
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce recurring issues, and strengthen support practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting Yardi, real estate applications, ERP systems, finance systems, or business applications in an enterprise environment
- Hands on experience with Yardi Voyager or related Yardi modules
- Experience supporting application configuration, user access, permissions, workflows, reports, or production setup
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to investigate issues across users, configuration, data, processes, and system behaviour
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, change validation, or production releases
- Strong documentation skills, including support notes, configuration details, process steps, and user facing guidance
- Ability to work with business users and translate system issues into clear, practical explanations
- Strong attention to detail, especially when working with access, financial processes, production configuration, or reporting
- Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize work, and escalate risks or blockers appropriately
- Comfort working with Technology, business teams, vendors, and external support partners

Purpose
- Support and optimize Allied’s Yardi application environment to enable efficient, secure, and reliable business operations.
- Provide a broad range of application support, system administration, configuration, testing, reporting, and user access responsibilities.

Would Be an Asset
- Experience in commercial real estate, property management, REITs, finance, accounting, leasing, construction, or asset intensive environments.
- Experience with Yardi Commercial, Facility Manager, Residential, Payscan, Job Cost, Construction Manager, Forecast Manager, CommercialCafe, or related Yardi products.
- Experience with SQL, SSRS, Power BI, ETL processes, reporting tools, or data validation.
- Experience supporting cheque formats, custom tables, workflows, task setup, menu setup, or Live/production configuration in Yardi.
- Experience with application access reviews, audit support, segregation of duties, or control documentation.
- Experience working with Yardi support, implementation partners, consultants, or managed service providers.
- Experience with Concur, Argus, SharePoint, Deal Manager, or other real estate/business applications.
- Experience creating SOPs, runbooks, support playbooks, training guides, or knowledge base articles.
- Familiarity with change management, release management, incident management, or IT service management practices.
Salary Range
- CAD 65,000 CAD 80,000 a year
