Role Overview
Kantar is hiring a Senior Analyst/Analyst for the Brand Analytics Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru.
The Analytics practice develops solutions across brand analytics, marketing ROI, brand strategy, innovation, content analytics, data strategy, engineering, and customer analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and document workflows and provide solutions for new business unit ideas, trends, and concepts.
- Ensure data veracity against the problem brief.
- Build hypotheses and develop models.
- Ensure statistical hygiene.
- Use programming, modeling, and visualization tools hands-on.
- Learn new methods and experiment to identify effective solutions.
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of data analytics and statistics basics.
- Strong mathematical aptitude.
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced Excel, SPSS, R, or Python skills are preferred.
- Good organization, teamwork, attitude, and willingness to learn.
