At Dycom, as a Benefits Analyst, you'll manage all benefit programs and processes in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and competitive Total Rewards practices.
Administer all benefit programs, including health and welfare, retirement plans, leave of absence, PTO and voluntary benefits
Ensure administration compliance with plan documents, vendor agreements, and company policies.
Manage and respond to complex inquiries from the Benefits mailbox, delivering high-quality customer service to employees, managers, and HR partners. Escalate issues as appropriate.
Support benefits administration across multiple subsidiaries and states, partnering cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors.
Participate in the benefit system setup and ensure accuracy of benefits administration.
Maintain and audit benefit data within HRIS and vendor systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
Complete billing validation of benefits invoices including self-billed invoicing, payroll deduction adjustments, and submission to Accounting for payment as well as regular audits and reconciliations.
Complete weekly funding for applicable benefit and retirement plans, reconciling with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate, timely and compliant funding.

Assist with day-to-day LOA administration, including case tracking, and mailbox management.

Authorization to work in the United States
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or 3+ years of equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of benefits-related regulations, including including IRS Code Section 125, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, ACA
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Experience with HRIS and Benefit Administration software (preferred)
Routinely: Standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and computer use for extended periods
Occasionally: Domestic travel up to 10% for team meetings or training
