Role Overview
The Accounts Payable Analyst manages licensed OCR software that reads and processes global invoices for the company and its affiliates.
The role owns the first step of the AP process by recording invoices, routing them for approval and resolving exceptions.
The position also handles exchange-related invoices, supplier data, employee reimbursements, queries and software-release testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee AP OCR software and daily workflows for invoice review, fee reconciliation and tax setups.
- Maintain the global supplier database in GEP Quantum and Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Verify bank accounts to safeguard against fraudulent transactions.
- Process employee reimbursement claims in OnBase and ensure timely disbursements.
- Resolve vendor and internal queries by email and phone.
- Identify process-optimization opportunities and participate in software-release testing.
Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
- 4–5 years of end-to-end accounts payable experience, including international invoice processing with OCR tools.
- Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Fluency in English; an additional language is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, attention-to-detail, organizational and communication skills.
