Flying as Delta Connection, Endeavor operates 141 regional jets on 750 daily flights to 122 destinations in the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean.

Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minn., Endeavor has hub operations in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Detroit, Minneapolis, New York, and Raleigh-Durham, and 11 maintenance bases across our network.

Before you step onto the line as an Endeavor aircraft maintenance technician, we want you to feel confident and prepared while in the classroom.

Our Aviation Maintenance Pathway (AMP) Program is designed to educate, engage, and mentor students who want to become AMTs with Endeavor Air.

Through AMP, you will be able to connect with our team – at recruitment events and/or online – as they’re here to answer your questions and ensure you are on the runway to success.

The only requirement for participation in AMP is that you are an A&P student at one of our partner schools.

You must also be willing to share your contact information with us.

We do not require a formal commitment or signed agreement, nor are you required to accept a job offer with Endeavor.

Students who are part of our AMP program are also eligible to receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus when they accept and start a job as an Endeavor Air technician.
