The Role
The company is hiring two AML/CFT Compliance Associates for field-based work.
The role involves significant time on client premises across Dubai and the wider UAE, working with compliance officers and business owners.
What You Will Do
- Conduct client site visits across the UAE for assessment, implementation, and follow-up.
- Review and remediate KYC, CDD, and EDD files.
- Support enterprise-wide risk assessments.
- Review sanctions and PEP screening alerts and document disposition rationales.
- Assist with goAML registration and regulatory reporting.
- Prepare documentation for supervisory examinations and requests for information responses.
- Deliver AML/CFT training at client sites.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least one year of hands-on AML/CFT compliance experience.
- Working knowledge of UAE AML/CFT obligations and CBUAE expectations.
- Willingness and ability to work on client premises and travel within the UAE.
- Strong written English.
- Arabic is an advantage.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred.
- CAMS, ICA, or equivalent certification held or in progress is an advantage.
