Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage AMI systems including HES, MDM, and communication networks
- Ensure continuous and seamless communication between smart meters and central systems
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve AMI system issues related to connectivity, data flow, and performance
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher support levels or vendors
- Analyze AMI operational data to provide system performance insights and reports
- Perform first level diagnosis of communication failures and network performance degradation
- Coordinate with IT, metering, telecom, and field teams to ensure system reliability
- Support system configuration, updates, and minor enhancements
- Maintain system logs, incident records, and operational documentation
- Ensure compliance with ISO, ISMS, BCMS, and cyber security policies
- Ensure adherence to corporate Health and Safety and operational procedures

- Experience with AMI systems, HES, MDM, and communication networks
- Ability to troubleshoot connectivity and data flow issues
- Knowledge of ISO, ISMS, BCMS, and cyber security policies
