ENGIE Laborelec Middle East seeks a Junior Renewables Business Developer to support commercial growth in the AMEA region. The role involves acquiring new customers, leading initial conversations, co-creating technical solutions, and promoting renewable services.

Responsibilities
- Actively acquire new customers by developing trust based relationships with key stakeholders in renewables operations
- Lead first rounds of conversations with decision makers to uncover operational pain points
- Help co create tailored technical solutions in close collaboration with Laborelec’s subject matter experts
- Promote long term value by prioritizing sustainable partnerships over short term wins
- Position and promote Laborelec’s solar, wind, and BESS renewable services across the region
- Give support to the entire commercial process from prospecting to contract negotiation
Requirements
- Engineering degree
- Less than 5 years of experience in a technical/commercial role in renewables energy (solar, wind, BESS)
- Proven experience in Business Development
- Consultative mindset: focused on understanding customer challenges and co developing impactful solutions
- Technical affinity: ability to understand technical solutions and have relevant technical conversations with customers
- Strong interpersonal skills and fluent English speaker
- Willingness to travel frequently within the AMEA region
