Job & Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support customer satisfaction.
  • Create and manage service requests, work orders, and job schedules.
  • Follow up with customers regarding service requests and complaints.
  • Coordination with AMC manager.
  • Record job progress, and service completion.
  • Maintain AMC customer records, contract details, and service history.
  • Track pending jobs and ensure timely closure of work orders.
  • Maintain documentation such as service reports, maintenance checklists, and compliance records.
  • Coordinate with the sales team regarding new AMC contracts and renewals.

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with ERP/CRM software is an advantage.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.

Education and Experience

  • Diploma (Preferred).
  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred).
