About the Role
We are looking for an AMC Service Coordinator to schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance services. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with the sales team.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance services
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and support customer satisfaction
- Create and manage service requests, work orders, and job schedules
- Follow up with customers regarding service requests and complaints
- Coordinate with AMC manager
- Record job progress, and service completion
- Maintain AMC customer records, contract details, and service history
- Track pending jobs and ensure timely closure of work orders
- Maintain documentation such as service reports, maintenance checklists, and compliance records
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding new AMC contracts and renewals
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP/CRM software is an advantage
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Diploma (Preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
