Job Summary

  • Seeking an energetic, confident, proactive and customer focused Promoter / Brand Ambassador to represent the brand and promote products and services.
  • Engage with customers, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives through direct interaction at retail locations, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Promote products and services to customers.
  • Engage with potential customers and provide product information.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits.
  • Distribute promotional materials and product samples.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Generate leads and support sales activities.
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights.
  • Assist with setup and maintenance of promotional stands, displays, and booths.
  • Track daily promotional activities and submit performance reports.
  • Adhere to company policies, brand guidelines, and promotional standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in promotions, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and customer engagement abilities.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and event schedules when required.
  • Must be fluent in English and Arabic (Multi lingual is also a plus).
  • Must have technical knowledge.
