Role Overview
The Ambassador is the primary on-site culinary and hospitality presence at a client site, responsible for managing day-to-day pantry operations and ensuring employees and guests have seamless, welcoming experience.
This role serves as the main point of contact for all pantry and food & beverage services, while also supporting the Community Manager and Experience team in delivering service excellence across the workplace.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a hospitality, food service, pantry/culinary operations, or customer service role; prior experience with corporate pantry programs a plus
- Friendly, professional, and proactive service mindset
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with a diverse employee and visitor population
- Ability to manage a busy, fast-paced environment with composure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
