About the Role
New System Engineering LLC is hiring an Aluminum Erection and Production Engineer to oversee the workflow of aluminum and facade systems from factory fabrication to on-site installation.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the fabrication and assembly of aluminum profiles, curtain walls, doors, windows, and cladding systems in the factory
- Interpret shop drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure constructability before releasing to production
- Enforce quality standards, conduct in process inspections, and manage rectification of non conformance reports
- Monitor manpower allocation, track man hours, and optimize machinery use to boost efficiency and minimize waste
- Supervise site erection, glazing installation, and sealing processes to match approved drawings
- Ensure factory production and material delivery align with site installation sequence and timeline
- Work alongside project managers, main contractors, and MEP engineers to resolve clashes and fix site queries
- Initiate material requisitions for aluminum extrusions, glass, sealants, and hardware, tracking inventory
- Coordinate with transport and supply chain teams for safe packaging and delivery of fabricated goods
- Ensure strict adherence to construction and factory safety standards, including PPE and safe working at heights
- Conduct daily or weekly toolbox talks and risk assessments with technicians and installers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
- 3–8 years of direct experience in aluminum fabrication, architectural facade systems (curtain walls, structural glazing), and UAE/regional construction standards
- Proficiency in interpreting architectural/shop drawings, and familiarity with design software like AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong problem solving, logistical coordination, and clear communication skills

- This role bridges the gap between the design office, the manufacturing floor, and the construction site to ensure precision, structural integrity, safety, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
