Aluminium Fitter
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aluminium Fitter to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in aluminium fabrication and installation works, with strong knowledge of site fitting, technical drawings, and finishing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and install aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, louvers, cladding, and glass systems
- Read and interpret shop drawings, technical drawings, and site measurements accurately
- Carry out cutting, drilling, assembling, glazing, and fitting works according to project specifications
- Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and finishing of installed aluminium systems
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members to complete projects on schedule
- Inspect completed work to maintain high-quality standards
- Follow all company safety procedures and site regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Aluminium Fitter
- Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication and installation techniques
- Ability to read and understand technical/shop drawings
- Experience working on construction or fit-out projects
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
