Allocator

Boral is seeking a proactive individual with a 'can do' attitude to join our Contact Centre team as a Concrete Allocator based in our Perth Airport office. In this challenging role, you will coordinate the dispatch, utilisation and timely delivery of our Concrete trucks. Your forward-thinking approach will contribute to your success in planning our driver schedules in line with customer orders.

You must be available to work between our operating hours of 6am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday and a rotating Saturday from 6am - 12pm.

Manage orders and ensure timely delivery

Work with team members & Production to maximise service

Ensure Drivers are kept up to date on job requirements and daily schedule

Notify stakeholders of deviations to schedule or late delivery

Comply with driver Fatigue management, statutory requirements and company health & safety

Experience in scheduling or dispatch in real-time preferred

Demonstrated customer service and solution focused mindset

Proficiency with navigating multiple systems

Well-developed problem solving and prioritization skills

Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a high-pressure environment

Good interpersonal and communication skills
