Reporting directly to the Allocation Manager, the Allocation Analyst works closely with Buying, Planning, and Sales & Operations teams to ensure optimal inventory levels across all stores. The role focuses on distributing inventory efficiently, analyzing weekly performance, and supporting assortment and buying decisions in order to maximize sales and profitability across CIS Brand.

Support inventory and assortment strategies to maximize sales and margin performance across the store network.
Analyze sales trends and store performance to identify opportunities and risks by category, size, and location.
Partner with Buying and Planning to support product selection decisions based on sales volume, trends, store capacity, and regional needs.
Contribute to seasonal assortment planning by helping elaborate quantity plans for future seasons.
Distribute new orders of merchandise to stores following best business practices and allocation guidelines.
Analyze, quantify, Forecast and distribute the NOOS (Never out of stock) styles.
Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock by store, category, and size.
Prepare and analyze weekly sales and inventory performance reports to understand store needs and product behavior.
Assess seasonal product performance by size and help build size curves according to divisional requirements.
Prepare and analyze end-of-season inventory reports at the product and store level, including recalls when required.
Build strong working relationships with Buyers, Planners, and Sales & Operations teams.
Communicate clearly and effectively to support alignment on inventory needs and business priorities.
Participate in cross-functional discussions to support execution of seasonal strategies and allocation decisions.
College/University degree (A.E.C. or D.E.C.) in a related field (Business, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, or similar
0–3 years of relevant experience in allocation, inventory management, planning, or a related analytical role.
Minimum 1 year of merchandise distribution experience is considered an asset.
