Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, management, and optimization of strategic alliances and partnerships with key organizations in the region
- Identify potential partners, negotiate alliance terms, and coordinate joint initiatives to drive mutual business growth
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align alliance activities with overall business objectives
- Track performance of existing alliances and prepare regular reports and presentations on partnership outcomes
- Support relationship management, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication between all parties
Requirements
- Ability to build and manage Strategic Alliances and Business Alliances that support organizational goals
- Experience in Strategic Partnerships and Business Planning to develop and execute joint go to market and growth strategies
- Strong Communication skills for collaborating with partners, presenting proposals, and aligning internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in alliance management, partnership development, or business development, preferably in the UAE or GCC region
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across on site and remote work
- Analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to interpret market data and structure mutually beneficial agreements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage
- Professional proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus

Role Description
- This part time Alliance Manager role is based in Dubai in a hybrid working model, combining on site collaboration with flexibility for some work from home.
- The Alliance Manager will oversee the development, management, and optimization of strategic alliances and partnerships with key organizations in the region.
