About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Alliance Manager to lead the development, management, and growth of strategic partnerships and alliance programs. The ideal candidate will identify partnership opportunities, manage key partner relationships, and develop joint business initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement alliance strategies, partnership frameworks, governance models, and growth roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with technology providers, channel partners, distributors, system integrators, consulting firms, and other key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners to maximize mutual value
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership to execute joint business initiatives
- Develop joint business plans, go to market strategies, co marketing initiatives, enablement programs, and revenue growth opportunities
- Monitor KPIs including partner generated revenue, pipeline growth, partner engagement, customer acquisition, partner satisfaction, retention, and ROI
- Coordinate partner onboarding, training, certification programs, business reviews, and ongoing relationship management activities
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and partnership performance to identify new alliance opportunities
- Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, service level expectations, and contractual obligations
- Drive digital collaboration through CRM platforms, PRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, project management software, and business analytics tools
- Prepare alliance performance reports, executive dashboards, partnership business cases, QBRs, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Represent the organization at partner meetings, industry conferences, networking events, customer engagements, and strategic planning sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Information Technology, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in alliance management, partner management, business development, channel sales, strategic partnerships, or related roles
- At least 2 years of experience managing strategic alliances, channel partner programs, or business development initiatives preferred
- Strong understanding of partnership management, channel ecosystems, business development, contract negotiation, account management, go to market strategies, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar systems, along with PRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and project management tools
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship building, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in remote and hybrid environments, with flexibility to travel

The Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Master's degree (MBA preferred) or professional certifications in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Project Management (PMP), Sales, Channel Management, or related disciplines are advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in alliance management, partner management, business development, channel sales, strategic partnerships, or related roles.
- At least 2 years of experience managing strategic alliances, channel partner programs, or business development initiatives preferred.
- Strong understanding of partnership management, channel ecosystems, business development, contract negotiation, account management, go to market strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar systems, along with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, SaaS partnerships, digital ecosystems, co selling models, joint marketing initiatives, and partner enablement programs is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship building, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic partnerships while balancing partner expectations, revenue objectives, organizational priorities, compliance requirements, and business growth goals.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in remote and hybrid environments, with flexibility to travel for partner meetings, customer engagements, and industry events as required.
