- Manage appointment bookings and answer customer inquiries
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk in customers
- Process payments and maintain client records
- Keep the salon clean, organized, and hygienic
- Recommend suitable beauty products and services to clients

- Experience as an all rounder beautician
- Knowledge of receptionist/front desk duties
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team
- Positive attitude, well groomed appearance, and professional behavior
- English speaking is required

Job Overview
- We are looking for a skilled, friendly, and professional All Rounder Beautician with basic receptionist knowledge to join our beauty salon team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty services, provide excellent customer service, and assist with front desk operations when required.
