Responsibilities
- Prepare the cleanroom quality plan
- Define and document process for writing and processing anomalies
- Manage process NCRs from initialization to close out
- Carry out quality inspections on satellites
- Monitor calibration of measuring equipment
- Be present during satellite hazardous operations
- Follow up with satellite during entire life cycle
- Develop and maintain Quality Methods, instructions, and documentation
- Develop and implement a Configuration system
- Witness all critical operations in cleanroom and environmental testing

Role Overview
- Quality Engineer responsible for all quality assurance aspects in the AIT Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the cleanroom quality plan.
- Define and document process for writing and processing anomalies.
- Manage process NCRs from initialization to close out.
- Carry out quality inspections on satellites.
- Monitor calibration of measuring equipment.
- Be present during satellite hazardous operations.
- Follow up with satellite during entire life cycle.
- Develop and maintain Quality Methods, instructions, and documentation.
- Develop and implement a Configuration system.
- Witness all critical operations in cleanroom and environmental testing.
Support to S 813 Program
- Support Spacecraft Lead on all AIT aspects of S 813 Program.
- Provide technical support to S 813 Spacecraft Lead.
- Contribute to management of technical relationship with S 813 Spacecraft Supplier.
- Ensure technical implementation and coordination of NSSTC AIT means.
- Review all Supplier deliverable documentation related to S 813 Spacecraft AIT.
- Prepare and attend dedicated meetings related to Spacecraft AIT.
- Verify Supplier Spacecraft AIT plan compatibility with Customer AIT facilities.
- Follow up of S 813 spacecraft AIT phase and test reports.
- Plan short and medium term activities with the supplier.
- Support preparation of NSSTC AIT team training program.
- Provide as need support for Acceptance of AIT plan, tests reports, etc.
- Ensure internal coordination of activities and plans with NSSTC AIT Team.
Educational Level / Required Certificates
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering
