The Role

- Support daily airline operational planning and coordination activities.
- Monitor operational performance, schedules, resources, and service levels.
- Coordinate with airport, ground operations, customer service, and support teams.
- Identify operational disruptions, risks, and bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports for management.
- Support workforce, resource, and capacity planning initiatives.
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Assist with developing and improving operational procedures and workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional responses to operational issues and service disruptions.
