Requirements

• Airfreight Sales Executive (Managers also considered)
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in airfreight sales
• Strong client handling and business development skills
• Knowledge of airline operations and freight forwarding procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and overseas agents
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets
• Handle day-to-day airfreight sales activities and customer inquiries
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment handling
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer requirements
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely communication
• Handle cargo requirements including dangerous goods (DG) and perishable cargo
• Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of dangerous goods and perishable cargo handling
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• ERP/CRM system knowledge will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
