We are currently recruiting for an Aircraft Fitter (Non-Certifying) to join our Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of aircraft maintenance activities, ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality, and airworthiness.
Working under the direction of the Chief Engineer and Supervisors, you will be involved in a wide range of engineering activities including modification embodiment, line operations, and base maintenance. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of serviceable aircraft capable of meeting customer operational requirements while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company procedures.

Previous experience within commercial or military aircraft maintenance environments.
Experience working on pressurised and/or unpressurised aircraft.
King Air B350ER experience.
Experience manufacturing, installing, and testing aircraft wiring looms.
Experience carrying out electrical modifications on aircraft.
Human Factors training or certification.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player with a strong safety mindset and a passion for aircraft maintenance. You'll enjoy working in a small, collaborative team environment, be customer-focused, and have the flexibility to adapt to changing operational requirements and occasional demands for flexible working hours.
