Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Air Export Pricing Professional based in Dubai.
The responsibilities include analyzing market trends to determine competitive air export pricing, preparing and submitting quotes to clients, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
You will monitor freight costs, maintain customer relationships, and support the team with training on pricing strategies and customer service excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Air Export Pricing within the freight forwarding industry.
- Strong knowledge of export operations and freight management processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prepare accurate, competitive, and profitable freight quotations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
