Role overview
Build and enhance AI-enabled features within AI Launchpad, including model integration, prompt and workflow design, and evaluation.
Work with the AI Agent and Marketplace POD to maintain compatibility with MCP and Agent-to-Agent patterns as they mature.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enhance AI-enabled Launchpad features, model integrations, and prompt or workflow configurations.
- Run AI evaluations and experiments, producing evaluation outputs, prototypes, and technical recommendations.
- Build retrieval and data patterns that support AI feature accuracy, grounding, and reliability.
- Coordinate with the Marketplace POD's Agentic AI Engineer on MCP-based tool and context interoperability.
- Support technical documentation and analytics for Launchpad features.
- Assist with testing, defect triage, and stabilization of AI-enabled components.
Required skills and experience
- At least 4 years of experience building applied ML or LLM-powered features in production software.
- Strong Python skills and experience with LLM SDKs or frameworks such as OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, LangChain, or equivalent.
- Practical experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and model evaluation methodology.
- Working understanding of API-based service integration and data pipelines.
