Associate Program
The role is part of TD's Associate Programs for new graduates.
Associates are full-time employees in an 18-month rotational program with two nine-month rotations.
The program provides exposure to business areas within the Analytics, Insights & AI team, along with coaching, mentorship, tools, and cohort support.
Work Location and Hours
- The work location is Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- The role is scheduled for 37.5 hours per week.
- The schedule is Monday-Friday during standard business hours.
Role Responsibilities
- Apply advanced machine learning methods to conduct data-driven research and make recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with business partners on process optimization and informed decision-making.
- Build innovative solutions for business needs.
- Prepare structured and unstructured data for machine learning through integration, cleaning, feature engineering, scaling, and transformation.
- Build production-scale solutions and work with deployment teams to integrate them into business operations.
- Use visualization methods to communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences.
