Client-facing consulting role for an experienced AI Workplace Senior Engineer.
The role helps clients build and govern secure, AI-enabled Microsoft 365 collaboration environments.
AI collaboration and automation
- Architect and deploy Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions integrating Copilot and AI agents.
- Lead migrations to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online and implement workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Design SharePoint Online sites, custom solutions, and scoped agents supporting organizational knowledge.
Security, compliance, and governance
- Configure Microsoft Purview for data protection, risk management, and compliance across Microsoft 365.
- Implement retention policies, sensitivity labels, and external sharing controls for SharePoint Online.
- Deploy AI governance policies covering Copilot licensing, access controls, and responsible AI usage.
Leadership and client engagement
- Own technical aspects of project success and communicate risks, impacts, and interdependencies.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to align solutions with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver workshops, training, and ongoing support to drive adoption of AI and collaboration tools.
Continuous improvement
- Stay current with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, AI developments, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and solution development for future client engagements.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in SharePoint development, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 security and compliance.
- Expertise with Microsoft 365 services, Purview, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Power BI, Defender for Office 365, and Cloud App Security.
- Experience with cross-tenant migration, automation, multi-tenant environments, APIs, databases, and AI-driven analytics.
- Strong AI governance, compliance, responsible AI, communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.
Preferred skills
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint Online agent development, Copilot Studio, Azure DevOps, or AI and machine learning frameworks is preferred.
- Microsoft MS-900, MS-700, MS-100, or AI-102 certifications are a plus.
