Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives that integrate artificial intelligence into workforce processes, focusing on change management, skills development, and operational efficiency
- Assess current workflows, identify opportunities for AI driven improvement, and design transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
- Coordinate with HR, operations, and technology teams to define AI related competencies, develop training and upskilling programs, and support employees through transitions
- Monitor the impact of AI initiatives, track key performance indicators, prepare reports and presentations for leadership
- Ensure that workforce transformation aligns with ethical, inclusive, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Experience in workforce transformation, organizational change management, or HR strategy, ideally in environments adopting AI or advanced digital tools
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, digital transformation, and their impact on roles, skills, and organizational structures
- Ability to design and implement training, reskilling, and upskilling programs for diverse teams
- Proficiency in project management, including planning, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and reporting
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to non technical audiences
- Experience working in hybrid or international environments; familiarity with the UAE/Dubai business context is an advantage
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non discriminatory practices and ethical use of AI in the workplace
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, technology management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in change management or AI/digital transformation are a plus

Role Description
- The AI Workforce Transformation Manager will lead initiatives that integrate artificial intelligence into workforce processes.
- This part time hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on site collaboration and work from home flexibility.
