About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on high fidelity UX designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma and AI
- Translate designs into functional, reusable front end components and UIs, primarily leveraging React via Vibe coding
- Lead the development, mapping, and continuous optimization of customer journeys across the platform using analytics tools such as Microsoft Clarity and/or Mixpanel
- Establish and enforce the design engineering contract specifications, tooling, and workflows to move design from prototype to coded solution within a design system
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and component library
- Develop and deliver high quality, engaging software platform demos for internal stakeholders, sales teams, and potential customers
- Act as a key bridge between design, product management, and engineering, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Requirements
- Proficiency in modern front end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with Figma and AI design tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design and development work
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Familiarity with vibe coding and visual design tools like Lovable/cursor/Figma Make or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Zustand

About the Role
- We are seeking a talented and experienced AI UI/UX Designer to join our product engineering team.
- You will be instrumental in designing, implementing and optimising intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for our software platform.
- The ideal candidate has a strong blend of UI design, and technical prototyping skills understanding how to connect design systems and engineering practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on high fidelity UX designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma and AI.
