BoomerangFX seeks an AI Transformation Lead to design and deploy production-grade AI solutions for healthcare practice management. You will lead an AI engineering team, build LLM-based applications, and drive AI adoption.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions
- Develop production grade applications utilizing LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, and intelligent automation
- Architect and implement enterprise AI solutions that solve real business challenges
- Build and optimize solutions leveraging OpenAI, Anthropic, and Azure OpenAI
- Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks
- Develop conversational AI, chatbot, and AI agent solutions
- Deploy AI applications within Microsoft Azure environments
- Partner with cross functional teams to identify AI opportunities and define solution strategies
- Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model performance
- Establish testing, validation, and evaluation frameworks
- Support AI governance, quality assurance, and reliability initiatives
Requirements
- 8 10 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Development, or AI Consulting
- Minimum 5 years of hands on Python development experience
- Minimum 3 years building production grade Generative AI, NLP, chatbot, or LLM based applications
- Strong hands on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, AI agents, and workflow automation
- Experience deploying and scaling AI solutions within Microsoft Azure environments, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services
- Experience taking AI solutions from proof of concept to production
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related technical field

The Opportunity

- We're looking for an AI Transformation Lead who can turn large language models into reliable, compliant, production grade healthcare software while leading a high performing AI engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Develop production grade applications utilizing LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, and intelligent automation.
- Architect and implement enterprise AI solutions that solve real business challenges.
- Create scalable and maintainable AI workflows and services.
- Build and optimize solutions leveraging OpenAI, Anthropic, and Azure OpenAI.
- Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
- Develop conversational AI, chatbot, and AI agent solutions.
- Deploy AI applications within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Work with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and related Azure technologies.
- Partner with cross functional teams to identify AI opportunities and define solution strategies.

What You Bring
- 8 10 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Development, or AI Consulting.
- Minimum 5 years of hands on Python development experience.
- Minimum 3 years building production grade Generative AI, NLP, chatbot, or LLM based applications.
- Strong hands on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, AI agents, and workflow automation.

Salary Range
- CAD 80,000 CAD 90,000+10% Bonus.
- Eligible to participate in BoomerangFX Stock Option Plan after 6 months.
